Whatever holds your attention is lifted to the highest space within your mind, becoming divine (God - like), whether we realize it or not.

Our attention is sacred. It is the energy that builds our inner world, one moment, one thought, one feeling at a time. Every time we focus on something—whether it’s love, fear, shame, beauty, hope, and people—we’re not just noticing it, we are giving it a seat at the table of our innermost consciousness.

Attention is a powerful psychological force. In neuroscience, we know that what we focus on becomes more neurologically active, more emotionally charged, and more likely to be remembered, repeated, and reinforced. In other words, the brain interprets focus as value.

Your mind is not just a machine; it is a sanctuary. What you gaze upon, you glorify. What you dwell on, you magnify. What you keep returning to—whether joy or pain—becomes part of your spiritual rhythm.

Whatever we let echo through our being— we anoint as holy. Every moment of attention is a subtle anointing of whatever holds your attentional space. Everything we focus on leaves a residue on the soul. And if we are not careful, we will begin to bow to things we never meant to call divine.

Your awareness matters. To become aware of where our attention goes is to become aware of what we are elevating, what we are worshiping, and what we are allowing to define our inner temple. This invitation is not to control every thought—but to become more conscious of what gets your spotlight. And to begin choosing thoughts, habits, and experiences that support the kind of life and inner world you want to create.

Your attention, your power, your heaven or your hell. Choose consciously or whatever wants your attention will choose you. ✌🏾
